"We put all our energy and passion into developing amazing life-changing products."
We want to stay at the top of the market. Therefore, we are constantly innovating in order to improve and invent products. The applications of our products are endless, so it is of great importance that we have a good team that can advise our customers and design and/or manufacture products in our advanced cleanroom environments in Enschede, The Netherlands and in Dortmund, Germany.
Become part of the team!
On our careers page you can find interviews with colleagues from different departments within Micronit. This will give you an idea of the people that work at Micronit.
Are you interested in becoming part of our team and wondering if you’re a match with our company? Then here are some facts about our team!
- Colleagues from all over the world.
For example: Italy, Germany, Turkey, United Kingdom, Suriname, Indonesia, Poland, Russia, Greece, Belgium, Iran, Croatia, the Netherlands, Canada and Cyprus.
- Diverse levels of education.
From high school level to a PhD.
- Different locations, but keeping in touch
Because we have two different locations in Enschede, the Netherlands colleagues often ‘visit’ each other during the week. After all, it’s only a bike ride away. There’s of course a bigger distance between our location in the Netherlands and our location in Germany, but visits are organised regularly.
- Keeping each other informed
We find it very important to keep each other informed about what we’re working on. That is why we organise a meeting for the entire team a couple of times a year. Including our German colleagues, who join us via skype or in person.
At lunch, it is always a coming and going of colleagues. Don’t be surprised to find the sandwich maker occupied and the most diverse dishes on the table. And in need of some fresh air? There’s always a colleague willing to join you for a walk.
- Social activities
We regularly like to meet up outside of work for dinners, movies or sporting activities. Furthermore, we often have a drink at the end of the week and have a team outing once a year.
