Human Resources Director
As Micronit’s HR Director, Ingemar is in charge of the company’s full domain of the HR field, like strategic personnel planning, performance management, organizational and professional development of the staff.
Before joining Micronit in 2019, Ingemar was Senior HR Manager at Xsens, a global leader in MEMS-based 3D motion tracking technology and products. Before that, she was International Mobility Manager at Thales for the International Center of Expertise. With more than 20 years of experience in an international high tech environment, Ingemar is an experienced HR Business Partner with a focus on Change Management, Management Development, Professional Development, and building (international) HR organizations.
She graduated from the University of Twente with a Master’s degree in Educational Science and Technology.
