Micronit offers an off-the-shelf microreactor for chemical synthesis. The microreactor has three inlets, two for the reactants and one for the quenching liquid, and one outlet. The complete reaction volume consists of efficient split-and recombine mixing structures, thereby enabling generic use, even for applications in which de-mixing and/or sedimentation play an important role. The reactor configuration is typical for most liquid-liquid reactions performed in microreactors. Other design are also possible. See our custom section.
