Access2Flow, with its members FutureChemistry, Flowid and Micronit, has shown the fast scalability and applicability of microreactors in a case study for flow chemistry. For the case study, the Paal-Knorr reaction was used as a model reaction.

High Tech Factory 
Last week Maria van der Hoeven, Minister of Economic Affairs, granted a cheque of 7.6 million euro's to "High Tech Factory". Local government will finance another 4 million euro's. The money will be used by the companies involved in High Tech Factory, such as Micronit, to expand cleanroom facilities to accomodate increasing production volumes.
