Project Description

In the µBLM project, a complete set-up for multiplexed measurements on membrane proteins utilizing black lipid membranes (BLMs) will be developed. The core component is a multiplexed and integrated microfluidic device, in which the BLM are formed. Membrane proteins are fused into the membranes and studied by measuring the electrical conductance for disease research and drug development.
